Hi. I like working with tech. Right now I'm doing product work on agentic platforms and systems at Reliance Intelligence, in Bengaluru.

Before that I was at TELUS Digital AI, building tools around how training data gets made. AI interviewers, data labeller sourcing, ML helpers for 2D and 3D annotation, pipelines for diarization and transcription. Unglamorous infrastructure a lot of model work sits on.

Before TELUS I did fintech product work at ClearTax, including India's first digital invoice financing product. Earlier, at AmEx, I did ML personalization and a lot of analytics. Who gets which offer, that sort of thing. IIT Madras and IIM Calcutta.

Outside work I write about product and AI (and sometimes books and movies), and I build small tools when something annoys me enough.
